For the hiker or adventurer, we have a mountain hut located near the summit of Mt Brown, right on the Heysen Trail.
Ideal for walkers/hikers, mountain bikers, or just those who want to escape, this rustic little hut opens up a different perspective on life.
Hike the day away then sit around the outside fire ring and enjoy the tranquility. Retire to your bed inside the hut, alongside a cosy old wood stove. The attached bathroom offers a bush shower and a flush toilet, just to add a little bit of convenience to your mountain experience.

Access to the Hut is by foot from Heysen Trail, or from Catninga Homestead.
4WD access by negotiation with Brian or Heather (weather permitting) $40 track fee.
